interesting that you mention panning for gold - there is gold in Llano creek and I was thinking of this, had a good visual of that place, when I wrote my last message, but did not write it in words.
Depending on experiences, one can get PTSD from those NDE's as some occured in the physical plane for me but after about the 4th or 5th one, one becomes hardened and loses their fear as you mention. Those not possessed of the benefits that attach to these experiences tend to be much more timid and sheltered, which is fine of course, but my favorite people are those whose spirits are colored by extreme experiences that stretch the psyche and put matters in proper perspective as to what is really important. The value of intangibles, unlike the material, can vary among different individuals. But there is a subset of the all, who assess the value of the same intangibles as substantialy equal. Finding others who value the same intangibles as we do on an equal basis can be difficult, given all the random elements of water fluoridation, lack of iodine, artificial molecules in food which alter the mind, etc., which rules out the vast majority of the population from the candidate list, unless one is willing to become a trainer, but in such case the trainee must be receptive at the least. So much better it is to identify knowledgeable ones at the onset, yet the search window is large and constantly in motion. What is needed is an off-line simulation to narrow the size of the search window.
