The result took me by surprise but I think you are right that my liver is probably clogged. Funnily enough I had started taking milk thistle a few days ago before knowing the results, my body must have been trying to tell me something!!

There is no way I am going to do a Liver Flush as starting to feel a wee bit better but will check out the Liver Flush board for advice.
