I like the spicy foods too but I do remember reading they are not so good, should stick to blander foods :(

so how long did you end up fasting for ?

thank you for divulging your diet also, I have to say I have been eating too much meat lately and I have paid for it. I got sick the first time in almost a year. I did get rained on while riding my bike and I forgot to have a hot shower after it so that could have contributed but I know I need to focus on my diet better.
