HI JM,

You can spray your veggies with diluted H202, I have food grade, 35%, but I think you can also use the cheap brown stuff that comes from the drugs store, just wash it off when you are done with the H202.

I am also careful about walking barefoot, after what I've been thorugh with the worms, I don't want more.
