Sure... most people just do not get it IMO... they want to get well\better and then go about their business as if nothing happened... back to the parties and junk foods.

Or, they want to do their bowel cleanses and liver flushes, etc. thinking that this is a stop gap without any consideration for what they are eating at all, when in fact, this could be a faster road to ruin if the individuals nutritional profile is poor to begin with, as the cleanses and flushes will accelerate a nutritional crash and exacerbate health problems.

Even in a natural health protocol there is no real "cure" that will permit you to go back into these old habits\ways without eventually paying the piper... you either choose to leave your illness and disease behind or you don't. Choosing a yoyo type approach to health is not much different than yoyo dieting and is very bad for your overall health and well being.

you get it refreshed :-)

As an aside, I agree with ML that pH balancing is not just about hydrogen potential... it is also about the electrical charges or energy potential, be it light, heat, or gravity, and whatever else we are not quite sure about yet.

In other words, one could go about alkalizing all they want and still be in bad shape or worse due to things like an inability to regulate pH due to lack of exercise, improper breathing, higher than normal consumption of NPN, etc.

This post may be an eye opener for some... ML has tried to get across the relationship between the heart and lungs before in terms of oxygenation, blood pressure, pH, etc., only to receive a great deal of debate...

I think most know that we can regulate pH to a point with breathing techniques, although in a polluted environment, this becomes a bit more difficult.
