I also use old urine, although it's not too old, 1-2 days usually. How long do you keep it ?

I appreciate your thread as I have similar problem with my bowels, but they have become a lot better since starting UT around the middle of last year. I follow the salvation Science protocols which is a collaborative examination of all texts referring to UT over the past 5000 odd years.

great to hear you fasting on it. I have only fasted once on it which was for 3 days. Fasting is the hardest thing for me as I like to eat. I would like to fast again however on the next holidays.
