14 plantain tea or tincture

plantain tea (Plantago major)is a tonic herb/blood cleanser Christopher says it is an excellent remedy for kidney and bladder problems (more on page 57 SNH book)

Plantain: Drink one teacupful of the tea four to five times daily until relief is obtained or take two dropperfuls 4 or 5 times a day
