I was thinking(yes thinking again)that you had given up since we haven't heard from you for so long but no such luck :o)

It's not nice to take quotes from my posts and mix them all up out of context also if you do so you should include links to them and include the whole sentence

'I take Lugol's and 1 iodoral is equivalent to 2 drops of lugols' is what it should read.
Yes I do take 2 drops of Lugols now as an Iodine supplement and I take 6 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in the evening well separated. So what?

The last quote was from JABs post not mine and it was a quote from Humble so you are true to form in getting your facts wrong.
