"What type of water is suggested?"

Distilled water.

"I think its time to pull out the big guns as I know that the cause of my problems is some type of fungus/yeast/bacteria that thrives on sugar."

I think you may be on to something.

There is certainly sugar in the OJ that you fasted on for 40 days, plus the fact that you crave more after doing 7 days of green juices.

There is a definite connection between Heavy metals, and Candida. here is some info, and you can probably google more.  http://tinyurl.com/5z7swx

The first place to start is with any Amalgam fillings, and root canals that might have mercury in them, if you haven't already.

"Are any supplements allowed such as a teaspoon of a minerals or other liquid that may help the body rebuild and cleanse?"

No not really. The idea behind a water fast is to allow the digestive system to rest, using the energy saved from that to cleanse the body of toxins, viruses, etc.

Be advised that I'm not a health care professional. I have had, and still have some experiences with all of the above, so I know from where you come.

I recently had a live blood analysis done, and after doing many fasts (Last was 30 days), I was told that I still have quite a bit of heavy metals in my blood. The plan is to chelate them, but first things first. She wanted to boost my immune system first, stating that the chelation would be better in the fall. ( I need to pin her down as to why). Also taking enzymes, and a heavy duty probiotics as my symptoms are in the digestive tract.

Anyway, the point being that while fasting is beneficial in many ways, it isn't the end all to problems dealing with heavy metals, and yeast infections.

The other point is you can ride the merry go round trying everything, and finally realize that some type of testing, or analysis makes sense to determine exactly where to start.

I wish you good luck.
