That is very unfortunate that juice was not the cure all. Were you juicing fresh oranges?

During a Water Fast one can use various waters. Some swear and only approve of distilled while others will tell you tap water will be just fine.

My own personal experience is that tap and spring worked well the first fourteen days. Then minerals began harder to process (if that makes any sense) so I switched over to distilled. This is my own personal experience, no guideline of how one should fasts.

Best advice would be to listen to your body.

During a Water Fasts one should only consume water. There is no need for additives.
