Can you take melatonin when you are tapering off of pharma stuff? How much is too much? I have taken it before and it has not helped - wondering if I didn't take enough or what? Do you have to play with the dose to get it right? I know that I have to taper off this stuff slowly - I haven't really started on that - it just feels like that they have stopped working altogether.
