He talks alot about using oregano oil, grapefruit seed extract, garlic, and olive leaf extract (to name a few antifungals)

I get 2- 1/2 hour shows of his a day.
He has what he calls a "phase 1 diet", it may be on his website- he names grain products, popcorn, corn (etc) as being sources of fungus.
