I also wanted to do Miracle-Mineral-Supplement enemas. And then I learned about enema addiction - and said NO WAY I'm doing that! hehe.

Sorry, I don't know how to prevent enema addictions (other than not doing them frequently).
I heard you should take probiotics if you find yourself hooked.
