I'm using a pre-mix bentonite, sonne's and it's working ok, as long as I take a colon cleanser, otherwise, things get r e a l l y s l o w. Nothing happening as excrement. I can see that it could have bad consequences if used by certian physical types or slightly wrong.
Charcoal would be much safer, it can be drunk as a slurry, or taken as tablets.
The Bentonite does relieve some of the 'crud in the body' feeling.

I've been drinking a lot of apple cider vinegar, it's a good fungicide, cheap and I'm hoping it has enough malic acid to do a little good. Comphrey leaf tea is helping, it's also called bone knit, it helps heal broken bones quickly, it might have some help with calcium absorbsion. (?) I'm completely speculating, but it's quite effective with the respiratory problems.
How much malic acid is enough, I wonder? I felt OK today, it rained pretty hard, most of the day, I felt well, so I'm getting somewhere, or maybe it's just a reprieve.
