Hi Newport,

I am under the impression (??incorrectly??) that mag baths and mag Chloride on skin allow the magnesium to go straight into the muscles. The mag baths certainly seem to help with sore muscles. But does using transdermal mag create other problems? Or is it a legitimate way to get the magnesium to where it needs to be? Do the pathogens suck it from the tissues? I was under the impression that magnesium deficiency was due to our *wonderful* agricultural system of artificial fertilizers and pesticides and their ability to block uptake of certain minerals into the food supply.
