Sometimes that seems to happen with holistic protocols, we are working on one area and end up healing something unexpected! Usually some research sheds light on why.

In this case, the adrenal fatigue seemed to fit the whole menstrual weirdness story, and I didn't realize that C is a major healing vitamin for the adrenals. I was going to wait until after the Iodine supping to work on them, but I guess we are all actually doing a lot more good than we think! So Iodine and who knows which companion nutrients...helped.

I guess the body likes to say thanks to us in different ways. That is so great, because the Iodine thing isn't always a piece of cake! :)
