I am going to look up propolis extract. I have not been doing urine therapy for about 26 days, I think my major issue might be the taste even though I do plug my nose.

I recently started taking Three Lac Probiotics which is supposed to help with the candida in my system and I have also been drinking liquid chlorophyll with mint added. I think I might start putting the chlorophyll in my urine in the mornings before I drink it to improve the taste and smell.

In the meantime tho I will look up the benefits of propolis extract.
