Now that's an excellent procedure. Much better than what I've seen elsewhere.

I have a device for my WaterPik that pulsates and acts as a neti pot with a little more force. Even that did not work for me. I had to get an ear-flush device for my WaterPik. Then I would stick it in the blocked nostril (mine is the left one). That only aggravates the situation. I've used it with saline and sometimes with h2o2. I'll try your way next; without forceful water.

I have used sinus buster. It's painful; but sometimes works.
