what has helped me mentally is doing all of the things that i thought i couldnt do cause of EC. For instance my biggest worry was what girls would think and especially this girl i liked a lot. I told her and shes super cool with it so that was a huge mental relief. Any walls that you see your lips holding you back from, try and challenge yourself to overcome that wall and you will feel a lot better.
