Equivalent in homeopaths, in the SCIO they use: ENDOTOX N.14 | Thymus endotoxins. GUNA s.r.l., MILANO

But I must add that ALL of us had distinct thymus issues when we started the frequent dose chelation with DMSA. I believe HC says pollutants like Cadmium and Thallium stay in the Thymus.
