3x 150mg of Oleuropein per day. So if you have 15% OLE you need 1000mg 3x per day.
With 12% you need 1500mg 3x per day, and read the labels because THEY mix concentrate with leaf so I have seen labels advertising 18% but when you read the label only 250mg where concentrate the other 250mg plain leaf...
