I have trouble with the salt push, I have a problem with living in a hot humid climate anyway, I just don't seem to be suited for it well. But I really had great success with a salt water flush, it seemed to help me a lot more than it should have.
I've done some salt pushing, the other thing I've noticed is that I have to use a great deal more salt than Dr Brownstein suggests, I wonder if this is an indication of a too high magnesium level.
I do hesitate to take yet another herb on a regular basis, I am already using salt, might be the way to go. I will look at it.
