No potassium, but I do suppliment salt with a bit of himalayan Sea Salt dissolved in water on a daily basis. Warm Sea Salt water is what I use to chase down the vitamins with.

As for magnesium, I do take ZMA on and off before bedtime wich also include zinc and B6. Pehaps I should do this more consistantly, though I do sometimes take calcium in place of the ZMA when I'm out. I just got a bottle of 200mg Mag Citrate tablets that I plan on adding to my daily regimen.

EFA's is something that I haven't really been suplimenting with besides a bottle of Extra virgin coconut oil that I take with food... rarely. I find that VCO tends to give me diarea or loose stools, so I only take a table spoon of that with a meal when I feel I might be able to handle it. When I do cook with oil I try to use coconut oil always.

The only suppliments that I take consistantly, C, B's, adrenal glandulars, etc. are all more geared toward rebulding the adrenals.

I just began to add the Lugol's Iodine and I'm seeing some positive results already. This morning I measured my BP. 100/59 59pulse while in a reclined position and upon standing it went up to 114/63 94pulse. This is after 2 days of supplimenting with Lugol's. 12.5mg the first day and 25mg the second day. I'm not going to get my hopes up, as I've seen this type of improvement in BP before only to drop back down the very next day. I'm going to increase the Lugol's to 3 horizintal drops(37.5mg) today and see if the improvement continues. Today would be the 3rd day of adding Lugol's Iodine to my regimen.

Hopefully I can see some consistant improvement with the new additions to supplimentation and I will be able to begin DMSA chelation soon.

Sick and tired of being sick and tired...


I forgot to add that I've also included Ashwagandha a few days ago(before adding Lugol's), so the improvement today might also be attributed to that.
