Sorry too much reading in this thread, but Plzchuckle it would have been better to e-mail directly to Dr. Sutter.
There are many different forums here with different protocols, the people here follow Dr.Sutter, so it makes it only confusing for new people.
Every protocol you have said was great and then we find out that they were not as good as you thought.

Just try to post on the appropiate forum and/or ask for your own forum, so you can say what you want.
