Ok...here's my story! I learned about the coke flush from a friend who frequents this site often and was recommmended to me. I have done the Clark flush three times with ok results. I want to try the coke flush next if I can gather all my material I need. Here's the thing though! I did MH's protocol and did the dewormer.....two bottles within a months time and after a month started flushing. I then went on to only taking the dewormer every other day and now only take it once a week. I have done two more Clark style flushes during this time and am due for one now. My question is this! SHould I start all over again with the dewormer or just pick up where I left off. I want to do this right....and if im gonna use the coke flush I would like to follow Dr. Sutters advice first on this. I was hoping to get cleaned up ok by the end of the year....because we want to try to conceive our second child and this is a way that im preparing for an excellent pregnancy and baby experience. Should I just order a bunch of dewomer and start all over again by taking it for three weeks then starting the coke flush? How much dewomer is suggested by Dr. Sutter for his protocol! I want to get rid of as many bugs as I can by the end of the year....time is running out! Any other cleanses you guys recommend before pregnancy?
