thank you so much Luella. I do put honey in the acv too. I am a big believer in honey, raw, that is. Also I am taking 1/2 t. of cayenne in a half glass of water too.
Isn't great, I can think. I know I have a long way to go.

My friend is scaring me to death about parasites though. What are your feelings about getting rid of parasites? I am taking a old palestinian recipe of yarrow and salix. I intend to do some pumplim seed oil soon. They say the cayenne will get rid of parasites. But according to my friend it is not enough.
