I had the same problem for years and finally found what works...it's called D-Mannose and you can get it at The Vitamin store or any health food store...I usually get powder form and mix 1 teaspoon into a glass of water and I only have to do that one day for 2 days and the infection will be gone. Most UTI's and bladder infections are E-coli and the D-Mannose flushes the e-coli out of your body. Good Luck:)
