I have heard at some time in the past, when I was researching income tax stuff, that I remember reading that if you have a problem with being bothered by an IRS agent, that you should call the county sheriff to have them come to your property rather than any other local law enforcement. Because they have the authority to prevent this kind of harassment.

Thanks, Oh, for making this more clear with the posting of this article. Hooray for Wyoming. Perhaps it may be helpful for many of us to make a copy of this and send it to out local sheriff's department.
