It was about two weeks before I really noticed a significant difference. I was just using water mixed with the solution and was swishing with it before I swallowed.

I had really bad breath. I was always noticing people holding a hand up to their face while talking to me. I haven't seen that for quite a while. The thing about the bad breath is it's easy to know when you have it because you can taste it. I would just be careful not to use too much Miracle-Mineral-Supplement right of the start. This stuff is incredibly strong and you will regret it if you take too much.
