I did buy separate products at an health food store. I'm taking a laxative tea every night. Drinking a fiber mix in the morning (the main ingredient is psyllium, I checked!). I also take Para-free, 6 capsules of 580mg each each. And I also take pro-biotics, just to help things! It's been 3 days now and so far, nothing. I guess this is normal and I will continue with my routine and see what happens.

I know that Colonix suggest to take their products for 90 days. From your personal experience, is that exaggerated? Is 30 days good or 60 is better? For the first cleanse...

I read about liver and gallbladder flushes and I will definitely try that soon!

Thanks for taking the time to answer! I don't know anyone who does flushes... even though I now think it's essential!
