Great to hear from you. I thought you might be confused by it all. Good that you made a start on the juicing.

Schulzes way of doing juices is a good start. you do need the green vegs in there. If the taste is not great, then I find a bit of Garlic and onion sweeten it for me.you can use apply/other fruit juice. Also note how you feel after a juice.

The kidney herbs are a must to help your kidneys. Have you orderd them yet? Do you have anything locally in the any health food shop?

Have you noticed any changes yet? - might be too soon but just thought I would ask.
Do you keep track of your pulse/Blood pressure?
