Why don't you contact the Idaho Observer and ask them?  And why have you posted TWO messages about looking for such information after you made this post:

The Iowa Observer may not be a mainstream publication, and they may post controversial information you or even I may not agree with; however they are not known for ever publishing deliberate falsehoods.
