I have taken that twice in my life. That's before I started paying attention to this herbalist Charlie fellow. Now I think I'm getting it Charlie. I'm subscribing to the herbalist philosophy. Thanks.

I was taking it as prevention. However, like so many other things, if I have no visible signs of a substance's working, I tend to move on to something else. It made sense; and nothing else was working either. If only I recognized then that my liver was crying for help.
