thanks, marlene. i was definitely in WAY too deep.today is the 6th day, and my symptoms are still present, but thankfully down about 15-20 percent.

i started using the sauna after, because i read that it could help get rid of the toxic overload that was already in my blood. i guess it makes sense that it could be pulling more out of my tissues at the same time! oops again!

i'm just going to lie in bed and take nothing until this thing passes.
