I agree that to get it right, I should find someone practiced enough to help me. Austin is liberal enough that I should be able to find someone. Even meditation is simple; but to really do it right, I just need something to get me started. A DVD, on-line documentation, just a sample. There's enough links posted on this thread that I should be able to find some help. After research, this may not even be for me.
