I was reading a Schulze interview on another site talking about garlics immediate effects to reduce blood sugar. HOW MUCH IS HE TALKING ABOUT? I press 1-2 cloves mixed in OJ almost every night, for the last couple of months (part of cholesterol routine, which I haven't tested results for yet), but Sugar hasn't really changed. Generally in the 105-115 range, with occasional dips and spikes. BP is marginally high (130-140ish/80's-90's, too, also with occasional dips and spikes.
