Doc, I know you always recommend probiotics from the dairy case in the health food store. Probably because they are alive.
Would you be willing to comment on the difference between freeze-dried probiotics and the ones in the dairy case and why you wouldn't recommend freeze-dried?
I don't know what freeze-drying does to probiotics.
