I had a rash on my arm for years - doctors couldn't even tell me what it was - eczema? psoriasis? They dunno, I dunno. I fired them all anyway. I tried everything on the planet topically, natural or not, and it never went away.

I recently focused on eating as much enzymes as possible - fresh pineapple, papaya, fresh fruit, raw corn on the cob, etc... Also I started extra virgin coconut oil for topical, oil pulling, and eating. No more rash, gonzo, gone, not even a trace left. I also use drops of oil of oregano in the coconut oil when oil pulling.
