Bless your heart mo123, my heart goes out to you.  When exactly did you first come down with the symptoms?  Is this a recent thing?  I will point out that any type of stress makes MS symptoms much worse, and you seem to be under quite a bit of anxiety, understandably so.  If you could work on relaxing, maybe with meditation.  The B complex Vitamins will help quite a bit.  Skullcap and valerian will also relax your nervous system and I hope you can get those where you are.

Another thing, do not take hot showers of any kind and avoid all forms of heat, even hot weather, even too much exercise, you must be very careful.  Heat is disastrous for MS. 

Are you confusing "pity" for people who may "care?"  Don't be afraid to ask for help, even emotionally.  If someone wants to help in any way, let them, and give thanks.  Please don't withdraw.  Try to stay as active as you possibly can and I so admire you for continuing to teach under these circumstances.

Read this site mo123 and the key to EFT is practice.  Lots of practice.  Don't give up.  But notice as you do the "tapping" the relief that you feel.
