I started on 4 drops about 2 weeks ago. At 7 I had some diarrhea

Diarrhea is considered nausea. It's best to cut back at the first signs of any discomfort. Every one seems to be in a hurry to get up to a large dose. If you get sick you will be less likely to continue.
