thanks for the post! I had noticed that my breath was improving for at least a couple hours after taking it after a few days. I was only doing it once or twice a day. I stopped after only a week and a half due to the nausea but that's a dumb reason to stop.

Thanks to your post, I'll give it a try at 2-3 times a day and see what happens. Were you getting any nausea at all?

Did you eat before or after taking the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ? For me I noticed the greatest benefit from taking in morning and not eating for hours afterwards. Of course this produced nausea.

What do you take it with? Water? Apple juice?
