1. Write down all calories consumed to make sure I'm not taking in too many
2. Drink at least 80 ounces of water a day or more (this helps A LOT)
3. Do a salt water flush
4. Exercise more
5. Wait it out. If you are keeping a good calorie deficit, then the extra weight has no choice but to go...sometimes it just doesn't show up on the scale.
