What are your symptoms. Why do you want to flush anyways? WHats your height/weight/age?

I would recommed plenty of yoga exercises every single day. And Inversion therapy. It will help in taking pressure off your nerves and heal you from inside out.

That said, I dont beleive in Liver Flushes. Flushing is simply aweful as per me...
