Let me say that i believe my problem originates in the liver and this belief was shared by the traditional chinese medicine practitioner i saw last friday.

I was prescribed herbs which i have been taking for the past 3 days and i awoke this morning with increased brain fog , increased fatigue , increased thirst and increased desire to urinate.

I can understand herxheimer in the context of 'candida' whereas organisms are killed thus letting off toxins but how can herbs that are supposed to be helping my liver heal cause these increased symptoms? I would expect the progress to be a slow improvement in my health as opposed to a herx? unless the herbs are not actually helping my cause that is...
