the headache was due to herpetic encephalitis

they almost always are, but i turn into a zombie and i cannot remember this until i feel the stinging sensation on my skin where i am about to have an outbreak and sometimes i have the headache for several days before an outbreak begins

i was laying on the living room rug in child's pose crying because of the pain thirty minutes ago, then i felt a stinging sensation on my back, so i got up and took my chinese herbs for herpes

five minutes later the pain suddenly diminished by 60 percent
it is quite amazing how fast they work

when the pain suddenly diminished, i took 1000 mgs of lysine too

i am now 90% pain free and i want to cry from relief

will somebody please remind me to take ling chow patu (sp) when i have a headache?
