Hi Charlie,

The forum moves so quick that you may not have seen my post on this question. I wanted to know where you buy your herbs. I am making some homemade lotions and soaps and wondered if you knew of a good but affordable store to buy from. I am also interested in making a tonic, not for cleansing, but rather for nourishment---like a longevity tonic. I am looking to select herbs that are more like a food source, rather than medicinal. I hear lots of pros and cons on the supplement debate, but more cons, so I want to try and move towards getting my extra nutrition from food sources.

I think mountain rose herbs has a great selection and their prices seem fair. What do you think?
