I went back today and told him and he was kind and said i know what I am talking about and preceeded to tell me how his mom was 60 and not sick and they live on the land, they are farmers. I questioned him about the walnut and he insisted again that is concoction was the best. He told me just take it and come back and tell me. So I agreed.

I got some pumpkin oil today and they have a recipe which states is the best.

Take 1 t. pumpkin oil

12 hours later take 1 t. with fresh juice

the 2-3 hours later take some castor oil or a laxative

Not to be done on empty stomach.

Went to doc today, will write later.
