Another source, although I will do seem research and asses its credibility before I decided whether to return to 16 drops of Lugols per day.

thanks for posting it up, I could really benefit from the Iodine and pick up from where I left off if the risk seems to be minimal.

Now, can anyone tell me if there are any differences between Lugols and iodorol and if the timing of Vit C & selenium will need to be adjusted from taking one to the other.
