Hi, i was wondering if anyone knew any 'dorn' friendly glut/butt specific stretches. I have a lot of trouble with knee self help corrections because my gluts are really tight, but i couldn't find anywhere a stretch which wouldn't favour a subluxation of the hips/pelvis.
