When are you considering your fast? What kind of fast were you looking to do? This is my first, but I am soooo ready!! I don't know if you read my profile, but I had weight loss surgery in 2002. Since having two children I have gained quite a bit back...sigh. I hope this is the answer for me. Email me anytime!
